User Content

Users may share materials, questions and project work within courses. Such user content is subject to these Terms and any course-specific rules.

Unless otherwise agreed, you retain ownership of your original content. By submitting content to a course or platform you represent that you have the rights necessary to do so.

By sharing content within catalystforgrowth platforms you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce and display the content to provide the service, facilitate peer learning and improve the platform.

You are responsible for the content you submit. Do not share sensitive personal data of others or confidential information without proper authorization. Unlawful or harmful content is prohibited.

We may update pricing for future offerings. Participants already enrolled in a course will not have their agreed fee increased mid-course except as expressly stated beforehand.

Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension of access to course materials and services until payment is settled. We may pursue collection where appropriate.

Disclaimer

Limitation of Liability

Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to fees paid for the relevant service in the six months preceding the claim.
